Strength United CrossFit Sport

  • Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.

    Session 1 : June 10th to July 11th

    Session 2: July 15th to August 15th

A program specifically designed for teens to help with overall fitness and sport readiness. Each session will cover basic fundamental movements of CrossFit, weightlifting mechanics, speed and agility, and proper gym safety. This program is designed for students 12 and up. Each registration will include a Strength United CrossFit T-shirt, end of summer cookout and in-house competition!
